Learn to Write - Distance Learning Creative Writing Courses
If you want to learn to write, writing courses by distance learning are a very successful method of learning. LSJ courses cover short story and novel writing, writing for children, thriller writing and poetry - all by home study. London School of Journalism courses can teach you to make the most of your writing ability. We have trained students to be successful writers for over 80 years.
Our tutors are published, established writers, and will try to teach you to do what they do - write successfully and get work published. We cannot guarantee that you will be successful (to do so would be dishonest) but we can promise that you will be taught to write to the very best of your ability.
Home Study courses can be delivered to you either by post or by email. All our students are able to use the facilities of our student website which include online lectures and student bulletin boards.
If you prefer to attend a course, we offer a range of creative writing courses, either as evening classes or daytime courses. These are held at our school in London.
In addition to our creative writing courses, we have a wide range of journalism correspondence courses. We have 3, 6 & 9 month postgraduate Journalism diploma courses, held in London, and the same course is available as a four-module online postgraduate diploma course.
Other evening classes cover travel and freelance journalism and we run various short courses in news and features journalism.
